1    Introduction
1.1   These General Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the "Message 2 Space" service (hereafter referred to as "Service").
1.2   By using this Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1.3   The Service is operated by Opus Magnus s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia, headquartered at Kvetná 1027/16 821 08 Bratislava, and governed by Slovak law.

2    Description of Service
2.1   The Service enables users to send text or image messages to space using a ground station and an orbiting satellite.
2.2   Upon the successful transmission of a message, users receive a digital certificate confirming the completion of the service. The ground station backs up the certificate.
2.3   The Service may also be purchased as a gift, allowing the sender to transmit a message on behalf of another recipient.
2.4   The transmission of messages to space is symbolic, with no guarantee of any specific outcomes beyond the issuance of the certificate.

3    User Eligibility
3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
3.2 By submitting a message, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to use this Service.

4    Message Content
4.1   Users are solely responsible for the content of their messages.
4.2   The following content is prohibited:
● Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory messages.
● Illegal or unlawful material.
● Personal data of third parties without consent.
4.3   Opus Magnus s. r. o. reserves the right to refuse or delete messages that violate these Terms.
4.4   For gift purchases, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the message complies with these Terms.

5    Fees, Payment, and Withdrawal
5.1   The fees for the Service are clearly stated on the [Service Website/Platform] and must be paid in advance via the available payment methods.
5.2   All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate and irreversible nature of the Service.
5.3   By purchasing the Service, the user consents to the immediate commencement of the Service and explicitly acknowledges waiving their right to withdraw once the message has been sent to space.
5.4   Users must confirm their agreement to these conditions during the checkout process.

6    Certificates
6.1   Each message sent to space is accompanied by a digital certificate issued to the user.
6.2   The certificate is backed up and validated by the ground station to enhance credibility.
6.3   Certificates are provided as proof of service and cannot be used for legal or financial claims against Opus Magnus s. r. o.

7    Limitation of Liability
7.1   The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of success or specific outcomes.
7.2   Opus Magnus s. r. o. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
7.3   Transmission to space is symbolic, and the Service does not guarantee data retrieval, visibility, or any interaction with extraterrestrial entities.
7.4   Claims are limited to instances where:
● The message was not sent to space due to a technical failure confirmed by Opus Magnus s. r. o. or the ground station.
● The digital certificate was not issued due to an error attributable to Opus Magnus s. r. o.

8    Privacy and Data Protection
